One way or another I knew that I was put on this earth to help others. Through my own personal battle with weight loss, health issues and heart break, it became clear that I was here to help others who are facing these life disruptions.

I've been overweight, once hated running (now I'm becoming obsessed with obstacle course racing). And I have battled through divorce and loss. All that is to say that I believe endurance is built through trials and YOU also can achieve great things even if at this moment you think it's impossible.

The Method to the Madness
This is where the thought process of Train, Eat, R.P.T. comes in to play. This philosophy and way of life can help you be happy with who you are physically and mentally.

It only takes your decision to make yourself the #1 priority and personal commitment to begin developing the habits that can help you face any challenge imaginable. It's not about aesthetics, getting jacked, or following the newest and greatest diet plan. It's about a life transformation through effort, a willingness to learn and a desire to live the healthiest life possible.

I promise to put all of my energy and effort into you to ensure your success. The only thing I need from you is a dedicated mindset and an understanding that great change might not happen right away, but it will happen. With effort, even the difficult may become easy.

Working with people to achieve their goals. No better feeling than seeing someone go from where they are to the person they want to be. It's their results, not mine. We provide the framework, and they put in the work.

After working in corporate gyms for a number of years, I felt there was an opportunity to help more people than the ones I would come into contact with. Being a virtual coach I literally can work with anyone! Also, I saw an opportunity to heighten what a "Personal Trainer" should be. It's not just about the exercise. I want to get to know you, be your biggest fan and support you in whatever way I can.

Why not? Haha! But in all seriousness I believe that in order for a coach and client relationship to work there has to be a willingness to be open and vulnerable and to work cohesively towards the goal at hand.

Wellness programs fail for 1 of 2 reasons, either the person(client) doesn't adhere to the plan or two, it is the wrong plan for the individual. I will work hard to ensure we make the necessary pivots to get you to where you want to be, you just need to put in the focus and effort.

Majority of our services can be completed online. In fact our premier coaching program can be done virtually in the comforts of your own home.

We train the majority of our clients online using various coaching platforms and meet via Zoom. For those clients we meet in person, we wear masks and only service one client at a time. Cleaning takes place after each session.

check-ins included. Education, guidance and support!

Pilates will tone, strengthen and lengthen every inch of your body. Be prepared to decrease back pain, tone your tummy and be able to reduce every day aches and pains.

Guiding you to better nutritional habits tailored to you and your goals. Weekly or bi-weekly accountability Zoom calls. Tailored program available for Vegan and Vegetarian diets.

Join a virtual community of like minded individuals in a journey towards better health and wellness. All challenges are 8 weeks in length and provide workouts, nutrition support, mindfulness practices and accountability.
