Maxx Fitness is a private training gym. Our owner, John Kijek, is a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach, and has over 10 years of experience in the industry. We offer 1 on 1 training, couples training, group training (small classes of 4-10 people), and nutrition coaching.

The staff were very professional and helpful and this club is well kept, very clean, and the equipment is very modern compared to other fitness clubs. I would definitely recommend .

Everyone: You're worth it! John is everything you need in a personal trainer and at age 67, I ought to know! John can plan your training program to achieve results even while working toward improving physical limitations. Together we conquered my grade 4 arthritis in both knees and one hip so I literally jump out of bed without a lame step and can do six flights of stairs! That was our beginning over two years ago. This past spring, I went for stem cell treatment in Denver into 4 cervical disks after arthritis visited me again with dessicated disks that caused bone on bone excruciating pain in my neck but with my orthopedic surgeon's approval, John was part of my physical therapy pain free recovery after stem cell treatment! I'm constantly challenging John though! Took a bad fall on concrete in June damaging my rotator cuff and shoulder. John to the rescue again with the approval of my shoulder orthopedic surgeon and my physical medicine doctor. In fact, John was my ONLY physical therapist this last time leading to my recovery. John is highly certified and knows anatomy well enough to work with doctors' orders. He knows how to build the right muscles to take the pressure off of arthritic areas. That's not all! He's also extremely knowledgeable about nutrition planning and what supplements might or might not be good for your particular situation. I'm looking forward to flipping that tire again! Thanks for being my personal trainer, physical therapist, nutritionist, and therapist all rolled into one, John! Highly recommend! More...

By going through our Initial Fitness Consultation, I can then develope a training program and nutrition plan based on your exact goal(s). I never train 2 clients in the same way, as they have different goals, and everyone's body responds differently to certain types of exercise, as well as nutrition plans.

There is no secret!!! Effort and consistency are key when it comes to your workouts. Accountability and staying focused on your goals are also very important when it comes to nutrition!

I love being able to help people achieve their goals, and I love teaching and sharing my passion of exercise and health with all of my clients.

It's just always been my dream to own my own gym or training studio, and I'm a firm believer in chasing your dreams!

I have a genuine care for all of my clients and will do everything in my power to help them be successful, and I usually form great personal relationships with them beyond just the gym. There are too many trainers out there that just look at their clients as a paycheck.
