We offer a 20 minute strength training workout that uses new technology to save time. In a private session with 1-on-1 attention we focus on compound exercises that challenge major muscles. We use ARX (adaptive resistance exercise) equipment which allows for clients to experience their one rep maximum every single time and brings momentary muscle failure quickly. Momentary muscle failure is a good thing because it sends a powerful message to the body that adaptation is needed. That adaptation brings a plethora of research backed benefits.
