I couldn’t recommend this more!! Jeff is so incredibly knowledgeable and encouraging. Having stuck with mostly cardio workouts for several years, I was honestly intimidated by using the ARX equipment before my first session. Once we got started I was immediately at ease (mentally!) and excited for the challenge! The work out was fast and effective and it was so motivating to see my performance being tracked as I worked and gave me the confidence to get back into more strength training! Can’t wait to go back! Jeff was great at explaining this new concept of working out I had never heard of. He also took time to explain how every exercise should be done and why that way. I felt I got a great workout both times that I’ve gone. I’d highly recommend for anyone but mostly for those of us that are always on a time crunch. There is no other Trainer in the Atlanta area that both carries an accredited certification and has access to ARX equipment. I have a truly one of a kind workout offering.

Yes via the NASM-CPT mobile app. If my clients cannot make a workout due to work travel, vacation, ect. I can program a workout for them based on the space and equipment available to them.

Sessions in the fitness studio are one on one. Hands washed thoroughly before and after sessions for trainer and client and all equipment is wiped down. The fitness studio has an air circulation and purification system in place.

All ages an populations can benefit from increased strength. From moving furniture into your dorm to sports to daily activities like picking up your kids and moving an extra chair into the dining room and even for confidence and self defense.

Additional strength can boost performance and avoid injury. And in older adult populations a little strength goes goes a long way toward preventing falls and protecting the bones from injury.

Men and women, young and old can see massive improvements in quality of life from improvements in strength.

ARX resistance training is perfect for hypertrophy (building muscle). The slow cadence and long time under tension plus emphasis on the negative component to the repetition are exactly what your body needs to stimulate lean muscle.

When people ask me about losing weight or fat loss, I quickly discover that, most of the time, they are really looking for improved body composition. Your body composition is less about a number on a scale and more about how you feel about the way you look.

An improvement in body composition is more than just burning fat, it includes adding just the right amount of lean muscle in the right places for a healthy and confident physique.

Aside from improved physique, another great reason to add muscle is that muscle tissue requires calories to build an maintain. The more muscle on your body, the more calories your body burns all throughout the day including while at rest.

The scope of practice for an NASM-CPT is to provide nutritional advice for the general healthy adult population. This includes advice about macronutrient balance in a diet (carbs, fats, protein), healthy recipe ideas, calculation of Body Mass Index, Basal Metabolic rate and appropriate energy (caloric) balance.
