How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
First by confirming the goal is clear to them and they understand what is required. Next is helping them understand where they are today. Finally, it getting them to commit to the time and effort it will take to achieve their goals.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Working consistently and being open to accepting what their body is capable of doing. Not everyone is the same and body types are special, but we can shape any body type to it's potential.
What do you love most about your job?
Working with people and seeing the results when they follow our program.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I've been in the fitness industry for over 20 years. First as a client of Ultimate Bodies by Carlos, then as a partner and professional trainer. I'm passionate about health and fitness.
