My husband and I started looking for a remote trainer after the pandemic started and we couldn't go to our gym. My sister told me about her trainer Annie who is based in Atlanta and we decided to give it a try.
Almost 5 months later we are still working with her! She has effectively trained both of us in our small NYC apartment over zoom. All we have are some resistance bands and small dumbbells but Annie has been creative enough to keep us both working quickly for the full session. We saw endurance and strength gains pretty early on. We highly recommend Annie!!

I’ve been training with Annie for 2 years. I am 52 years old, and we work out at my home.
My main goals when I started where to achieve and maintain a good level of fitness, and to alleviate some pain and arthritis I had.
My physical therapist told me to strengthen my butt and legs so I could alleviate the hip pain, and to help prevent arthritis flare ups in my knee. He referred me to Annie, and I can happily report that I have no more pain!
I also wanted to maintain my weight, which Annie has helped me to do.
I love her workouts because she always changes it up and she is very creative. She modifies if we need to. I know she spends a lot of time learning and researching about fitness because she wants to be the best trainer she can be.
Annie loves her job and consistently puts me through great workouts. She has pushed me through plateaus and I keep getting better and better!

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Consistency and perseverance! If a client can envision what they want to achieve, they can do it with the right attitude and guidance. A client will reach any level of success that they like if they work hard and consistently.
What do you love most about your job?
I absolutely love meeting and working with all different "types" of people. Everyone has a unique personality and various fitnes aspirations. Seeing results and satisfied clients is really worth it!

Personal Training
I provide personalized and guided fitness programs for individuals or groups.
My methods involve functional training, high Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), and others. I will help you increase your strength and cardiovascular endurance and take you through mobility drills to improve your flexibility and range of motion. I work with the novice exerciser, fitness enthusiasts, and athletes.
I can train online, at home, or in a public area like a park. The complex where I live has a small gym that will be available to me as soon as it is safe to reopen!
