I take my 3rd grader here for the homeschool class. Im so thankful for professional trainers that are great with the kids. Ninga Warrior has blessed my son with the opportunity to develop himself physically according to honor his a ancistors, genetics and heritage he was born with. He is exhausted after the full hour session a few times a week. Ninga warrior has taught him to be mindful of his own space and where others are in relation to him. It has encouraged him to reach his limits and overcome his fears. It has taught him the proper way to fall and other tricks that help him out. This is not the little kids gymnastics Ninga warrior class. This is the real stuff that prepared you for real competitions. When you consider what you are getting for the price it is right. The facility is awesome. They even play music during Ninga warrior class which is a plus. Their is some free time before and at the end of class making class actually a little over an hour long. Their was some conditioning that happened to his legs and arms when he first started but he has toughened up. This has been just what he needed.
True cross training is unlike any other program I've done. Not only has it built me up physically but it has strengthened other areas of my life, like relationally, due a great sense of community with everyone encouraging me the whole way. I have seen major results due to this amazing approach to fitness.
I come here regularly to work out. Both coaches here are so helpful and are here for you! Laura is a Strong First Level 2 certified Instructor and a Functional Movement Specialist so it's not always about getting your reps in - it's about moving properly and doing what's best for you and your body. Absolutely love coming here!
