Ape Arena is the best gym I've ever been too! My strength has incrised tremendously in months. I’ve been training with Chris and Jessi for over a year now, they are both experienced and committed trainers. I enjoy the variety and challenge they put into the sessions. Chris is focused on helping me achieve my goals, my fitness has increased noticeably and I look forward to the workouts. Air yoga is my favorite class, it keeps me sane. I was so intimidated by the hammocks but after trying one class, I was hooked!!! Thank you Ape for keeping me motivated to reach my fitness goal.

I like this place both of my kids have ADHD and have very high energy levels and it's a good workout twice a week for them to burn off some of that energy their teacher is great they really work them cool place!
Incredible facility and outstanding trainers. I cannot recommend this gym highly enough. The fitness programs offered are top notch. The gym is impeccably clean, excellent equipment, private shower, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and most importantly, they get you the results like no one else can. I joined 3 1/2 months ago and have lost 25lbs. My goal is 30. I am getting into the best shape of my life. I am getting super toned without adding any bulk. I've tried other gyms, different fitness strategies, and never got very far. At this gym, the strategy is very different and I am surprised at how effective the program is. I used to think that I needed to put in a ton of time and sweat in order to get into shape. However, I have learned that if you train effectively, you can obtain the results you always dreamed of in much less time than with other work outs. The trainers at Fitness Results guide you through how to lose weight and tone up by building muscle instead of burning it. This requires skill and technique that I never would have been able to do if I had not gone to this gym or these trainers. I learned about this gym when a friend gave me a copy of the owners book. The book explains how weight training correctly allows you to build muscle and burn fat without burning yourself out by doing exercise that is too time consuming or hard to stick with. The trainer created a program for me that I enjoy and that challenges me both mentally and physically. I get a really good work out without the soreness or injuries that I've had with other programs. I have had the opportunity to train with two of the trainers (owner Lance and also Iggy) and both were excellent. I highly recommend this gym to anyone who wants to get into incredible shape but does not have time or energy to waste on fad programs that don't work.
My go-to gym. I mostly go there to flex my bod, especially my love handles. I'm wearing mostly Gymshark #SponsorMe. Uh, a couple of cute girls. Not enough for them to notice me, smh. Anyways the gym doesn't have too many people, which is great cuz I hate ppl. If you're single, hmu tbh.
Wow! this place is awesome! Yesterday we had an effective core and ab workout with trainer Kimberly and a today a great upper body workout. I love the way these trainers work with the clients to do what's best for them.
It was a wonderful and gratifying experience to have trained with my trainer Cintia Dana. Her fitness experience and many certifications are impressive as well as her incredible personality. I had never before toned my muscles the way I did following the exercise routines and nutrition that she guided me to do... Highly recommended! Thanks Cintia!
