For the longest time I had a hard time finding a personal trainer that was well versed/knowledgeable, motivating and had access to helpful equipment. .. Destiny is exactly that person and more! She’s been so helpful, always teaching me something new and keeping me on my toes while pushing me at a rate that is difficult, but still doable.
In the past I’d plateau with working out because my joints would start to hurt from doing exercises incorrectly. Now I can do more than I’ve imagined while feeling confident in my movements being that Destiny is constantly making sure my body positions and movements are done correctly.
Along with that, she is always making sure that my mind/heart are also in a healthy place and I couldn’t be more appreciative. We cover even more than these things, she’s great at covering all the necessities! I’ve grown so much in just the little time that I’ve know her! I love how Destiny knows body mechanics and pays close attention to how I am moving (or not!). She incorporates not only weight training, but yoga/stretching which my body needs!

Destiny is by far the best trainer and nutritionist I have ever worked with. I was very nervous after my surgery of an aortic valve replacement to workout again safely and eat correctly. Destiny assured me this was her specialty, and boy it sure was. Not only do I feel better than ever, but she took the time to teach me the reasons behind what my body was experiencing which brought me a lot of peace and lowered my anxiety. When I first came to Destiny I was told by the doctor I needed major surgery on both my feet. I have been in terrible pain for so long but can't believe after after about 6 weeks I could finally walk without pain, and even better was when my doctor told me to continue my path with Destiny and surgery would not be necassary. Thanks to Destiny, in the last 12 weeks I have lost 27 LB, lost 7.2% body fat, and feel like a new me. She is one of a kind. It feels so good to finally understand the way I need to eat, and it’s not hard anymore. The best part is she also does exercise therapy. My carpal tunnel has almost disappeared, AND after a recent knee replacement, I was worried to workout. My knees feel stronger than ever. Destiny is a wonderful soul who has so much knowledge of the body. She is caring and encouraging. She has helped my son tremendously to train without pain, helping him stronger and correcting posture to prevent shin splints as well as calf tightness.
