How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

The program I design is specified to you, your goals, and where you body is at right now, so I meet you where you are at now and then progress with you. My services don't stop after our hour sessions together in the gym, you have me 24/7 providing you with detailed instructions on what to do outside of the gym so your goals are constantly supported and your progress continues.

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

Sustainability. Your workouts and nutrition should make you feel BETTER and should be enjoyable! I do not do any diet fads or recommend my clients do hours of cardio each week. Each one of my clients see dramatic, long lasting results because their programs are balanced and realistic for their lifestyle!

What do you love most about your job?

Seeing my client's gain confidence and pride in themselves, smile when they look in the mirror for what may be the first time, and start to love and feel good about who they are again.

What inspired you to start your own business?

A professor from Cal Poly actually put the idea in my head. He had shared his story in class one day and I simply felt inspired and wanted to hear more of what he had to say. We talked and after he heard where I was and my mindset at the time, he told me to seriously consider it. Within a few months I was the sole proprietor of Rebuilt Bikini Training.

I always tell my client's that they choose their trainer. You really do. Personal Training gets very personal and you won't click with everyone. You have to pick a trainer who can be sensitive and understanding to your insecurities while at the same time being strict with your program and goals to get you to where you need to be.
