When I started this health journey 90 days ago with my coach Shelby, I never could have imagined that I would be in the mental space and feeling as healthy as I do right now. I started this journey a year postpartum, struggling with looking in the mirror at the person I had become, feeling a sense of identity loss with going from a full-time career to a stay at home mom, and overall I wasn't happy with where I was with my weight and fitness level. After all, I played two sports in college so I know first hand what it feels like to be healthy, in shape and performing at your best. All I wanted was to feel myself again, but I was stuck in a funk and struggling so much with the idea of getting my mind and body back in gear.
Throughout this process I was able to learn how to transform my train of thought surrounding food and health entirely. I am now equipped to turn my sense of control into curiosity and I have learned how to allow myself to focus on what I get to eat, not the things I think I am missing out on. This program has taught me a lot about food and helpful eating habits that I have not only never heard before, but I now hear myself passing on this same insight to others. Having my son is my greatest accomplishment in life, but I wish I would have started this program sooner to be the healthier and happier version of myself for him that I am now. The things that I have learned from this program and the tools that I have been equipped with have truly changed my life! I have not only found myself again, but I have discovered a whole new version of myself and I am so hungry for more!
Shelby was the full package! Inspiring with her own health journey and accomplishments, understanding of where I was and where I wanted to be, the biggest listener and encourager, but most of all she was so passionately invested in teaching me how to achieve my goals and make changes that would truly stick. With her support, I learned how to shift my mental thought process surrounding health and this mental shift has had a massive ripple effect throughout ALL of the other areas in my life. My health, my marriage, my relationships, my energy, my career, and my entire outlook on life have all been positively affected as a result of this 90 day journey. I have not only learned how to put myself and my health first, but I now think more positively and clearly about what works for me and my body. I have found a health routine that not only fits my lifestyle, but has also inspired those around me, including my husband to jump on board! Little did I know our whole family would benefit from a fun and interactive 90 day health program. Being healthy doesn't have to be hard, it just takes time, dedication and a pure love for yourself. Thank you Shelby for changing my life!

My name is Delanee. Two years ago I delt with the agonizing pain of 2 slipped discs. Unsatisfied with the suggestion of pain pills or surgery, I began endless research of how to tackle sciatic pain. This experience began my own quest of solving the pain on my own terms. Changing my diet, refining my fitness routine, and gaining certified knowledge are the reasons I am pain free today.

A certified trainer provides a level of personalization that a group class cannot. By focusing on your specific goals—whether that's recovering from an injury or training for a local event—you'll see faster, safer results.
Safety and expertise should be your top priorities. Ensure your coach holds a credential from a recognized body such as NASM, ACE, or ACSM. If you are looking for high-performance athletic training, look for an NSCA-certified specialist (CSCS).
One of the best ways to lower your bill is the hybrid approach. Use a personal trainer for a weekly check-in to perfect your technique, then apply what you've learned in your own solo workouts at the gym or at home.
