I had the pleasure of working with Erika as my trainer for the past 12 weeks. First off, I would like to say you WILL lose weight and gain a lot of knowledge with her. Erika was always just a phone call or text away if I ever had any questions. She was very attentive and always checked in. In the beginning there was an adjustment period where I really had to discipline myself and check in with Erika almost on the daily because it is a big change. However, once I got the hang of it it became like second nature. I really like how much time she spends on each clients’ needs as it helps it feel so much more personal rather than a one size fits all. The daily check-ins (although scary) actually turned out to be the most helpful because I was able to see how the food I was eating was effecting my body right away. As well as motivational to eat better and push harder on my exercises. I lost a little over 30lbs with Erika in 12 weeks. Now that my program has ended I cannot see myself going back to how I used to live my life. It really is a lifestyle change. I am very pleased with the results that I have seen while working with Erika. I feel better, my blood work is much better, and my eating habits have forever changed. I recently added some supplements to my regimen, first starting with the Protein Powder. I like the flavor and consistency. I’m going to continue with this product. I have purchased the vitamins and will be starting those once I’m done with my current brand to see how well they compare.
