Discovering myself and learning how much we can achieve and realizing we are more than what we think. Learning to meditate helped me to Interact with myself and others in different levels. It was and is an incredible experience.
Understanding that nothing is what it seems made me open my mind. I understood purifying my inner side was important but I had to work also on my body to be aligned with my spirit. I couldn’t do it by myself. My spiritual teacher and mentor helped me achieve all with kindness, understanding and patience. Shane is very professional and very reliable.
I can say he changed my life in many ways.

In reference to my earlier post… For context, I am a 50-year old female.

Shane has been coaching me for almost 2 years. I don’t regularly post reviews. However, because of my results thus far, I felt compelled to share my experience with you.

I appreciate that Shane tailors the workout to my needs and does not take a “one size fits all approach.” Each session starts with a sequence of stretches to warm up the body and mind (almost meditative) which allows for a more focused and impactful workout, injury-free.

I always feel safe with Shane. His compassion and patience is much appreciated. His approach is void of yelling and criticizing (turns out it doesn’t take a “meat head” to get in shape). He is very systematic and methodical. Shane has helped my breathing technique which extends outside of my “home gym.” (Stressful situations are less impactful when you breathe well.) Feedback from friends and family confirms the increase in my muscle tone, as does my mirror (lol), and the ultimate measure, the body scale at my doc’s office, which shows I have gained over 5 lbs of muscle, I have much better core strength, better sleep, and more energy.

During my almost two years with Shane, I have had 2 sinus surgeries. First one about 6 months after we started and the second 13 months later. I had a much faster recovery time after the second one which I attribute in great part to his coaching.

With Shane “slow and steady wins the race!” No injury or burn out, just results! I am grateful… thank you Shane!

Helped clients in holistically attaining their fitness (Weight loss, Toning, Strengthening and Flexibility, Increase Muscle), nutrition goals, trauma release and recovery goals. As well as cultivated increased mindful and somatic well-being.
