I'm a personal trainer that understands the importance of healing after exercise. I personally regained the ability to walk after being paralyzed by cancer from the stomach down. I focus on doing a stretching/relaxation technique so I no longer have to take 90mg of morphine and 20-30mg of Oxycodone per day or any other medications.

Khalil has been my personal trainer for almost 4 years now. I think what sets him apart from other personal trainers is the sheer level of knowledge he brings to the table when it comes to training in a smart way rather than a hard way. It's obvious that he takes great pride in satisfying his client's needs, no matter what level you're at... He's professional.. easy to be around.. and has a great sense of humor which always helps. Kahlil was an incredible trainer! He pushed me, while also providing a positive workout environment. He was always full of encouragement during my sessions. He helped me get a serious “wedding ready” body, I looked great on the big day. I communicate regularly and simplify any confusions they may have until they understand how to get their goal.

Being realistic is the most important aspect to anything. This helps anyone understand how much work actually has to be done in order to look or perform a certain way. Then a plan can be made and goals are hit continually.

Helping someone get results. The amount of joy that radiates off of someone is so rewarding. It's very fun when they do a dance or get silly for a little bit to celebrate their new body.

I've always had a desire to be self sufficient. I was also tired of how many businesses promise one thing and end up doing another. So in order to change that, I figured it was best for me to start my own business where the customer is given what they want.

I'm very attentive and I understand that restriction is not going to get anyone lasting results. Making the body strong enough to withstand outside influences is how I believe results can be enjoyed.

Yes, I'm certified for virtual training. With the recent restrictions in human interaction, it only makes sense to offer something convenient for any situation.

Working remote and wearing a mask. Regular cleaning is something I've always done.

Services

I have 2 morning slots available on Mon, Wed, and Fri at 7am and 8am pacific time. My rate is $65 per session. I can only do online sessions for these times as well.

My training style is about efficiency. I will motivate you when necessary but the sensations of exercising and stretching should do that.
I will focus on teaching you the basics for how to flex and relax your muscles properly. Understanding this will help the exercises become more efficient. These techniques will be taught with exercises that are already known; pushups, sit-ups, squats, etc. Depending on what your body can withstand, we'll modify them if necessary.
The stretching will be about focusing on key micro movements to actually feel a sensation of relaxation. This can build mobility and flexibility when done on a regular basis and improve muscle tone. All of these should help develop your bodily awareness while improving your circulation. Most importantly, you'll look great if you keep going until we know you've hit your goal.
Once you've hit your goal, I'll talk to you about how to do self-maintenance. And if you want to book sessions after that, we'll find something that works best for us.
