What do you love most about your job?

To share my experience, my own testimony how yoga transformed my life, to make people feel good in their body, mind and spirit, to make people feel happy and confident and more conscious.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I had a normal work, high positions and very good paid but I was trapped, stressed out and I was losing my life, so I decided to do what I love the most and share gifts and knowledge with people like me who wants to feel good, do something meaningful, be more conscious and inspire them. That is the root of Dalia Yoga and Retreats.

I am a certified 500 hour yoga teacher in Hatha, Vinyasa and Tantra Yoga. I also have completed multiple trainings in India, Mexico and US for the last 15 years in different schools and methods. I have studies in different methods Ashtanga, Iyengar, Restorative and also in Meditation, Mobility, Ayurveda and Philosophy. I have been practicing Yoga since 2004 and teaching since 2007. I teach in English, Spanish and French.
