I started working out again after years of being dormant. I couldn't get motivated to go to the gym. Then I met Sarah! She began training me and I haven't looked back ever since. She not only assisted me with proper nutrition, she worked by body into shape in a matter of weeks. Sarah took my measurements and conducted a health questionnaire before our training session began. We work a few days a week and on the non session days, Sarah provided me with exercises that were manageable for me to work independently. I owe all the complements I get from my friends and "the ladies" to Sarah. Because of Sarah, I'm healthier, happier, and am getting my beach body back just in time for Summer! Thanks Sarah!! More...

Sarah has been my trainer for a few months now and I'm already down 24 pounds! She's always available when I text her with questions and she responds pretty quickly! We've built a really cool relationship and she always checks in with me throughout the week to ask how I'm doing. If I had a bad weekend she motivates me and reminds me to just get back on track. She made me realize that when I tried dieting and working out before, that I wasn't eating enough calories and now I realize that's what always made me give up the diet. Now with her help I'm sticking with it. I know she will be able to help me achieve my goal! More...

Sarah knows her sh*t. She's trained competitively. She understands how nutrition, balance, exercise and habits all come into play to make one healthy body. She customizes our workouts to me and what I need, and she challenges me without pushing me over the edge. I'm really grateful to have met her and to have her as my trainer. More...

Sarah is an incredible trainer! She really listens to your goals and needs, and creates a personalized workout that works for you. She's also very understanding and flexible, and will work around your schedule. I was sedentary for months before finding Sarah...now I actually look forward to our workouts. Sarah Moore was awesome. She really cared about getting me where I wanted to be and focusing on the areas I wanted to. She mixed things up keeping it interesting and catered to my previous injuries. She is very passionate about achieving your personal goals it's not just about getting through the workout. Meal planning, Work out plans for the days you are on your own, motivation and a great person to work with all around. Highly recommend her, but be ready she's going to push you and expect results.
