What do you love most about your job?
It’s already tough to transform your own physique. When yiu can change someone else’s physique, it makes it that much more rewarding. I also enjoy simply helping people better themselves, watching how it impacts their lives as well as the people around them.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to gain serious muscle mass as I didn’t want to be the smallest guy in college. Once I achieved my goal, I was being asked plenty of questions about my fitness journey and if i could provide fitness tips. I thought to myself, “Why not get paid for doing what i’ve grown to love?”. I switched my major to Kinesiology, studied for a few more certifications and here I am 7 years later!
Why should our clients choose you?
I actually care for my clients mental and physical well being as it all stems from a dialed in mindset. I never forgot where I started and how I felt when I started seeing results. I want my clients to experience that same feeling of excitement, accomplishment, and experience how their bodies function with a healthier lifestyle. We also have fun during our training sessions! It’s an escape from work and everday life where you can just be yourself as well.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We have several sanitation stations around the gym with towels and disinfectant wipes/ spray bottles for pre and post workout wipe downs.
