I really enjoyed working with Annie. She is very nice and knowledgeable about nutrition, diet, supplements, etc. I found her to be very helpful with recipes & healthy food options.
She also had some good ideas about extra exercise when I wasn’t losing weight fast enough. If I ever had a question or problem with something she got back to me pretty quickly with a response. She was very understanding since I deal with chronic pain issues & she sent me some information to help with that too.
As far as using the Practice Better program, I was nervous at first to use it but once I figured it out it was easy to work with. You can look up everything on one page & then go to the specific area you want to use easily.
I’d definitely recommend Annie to anyone. She is a wealth of knowledge about health and wellness. She’s very easy to work with and is very helpful with whatever you need.
