Claire’s treatment room is on the top floor of Red House Spa so it’s lovely & peaceful with no noise from people passing by. The treatment room itself is stunning, beautifully decorated with candle and fairy lights, she has soft music playing and left the room so I could undress and get on the couch, the room was comfortably heated and I was made comfortable with towels. The massage itself was superb and tailored to my specific requirements, and the oils smelt gorgeous. I was fortunate to take advantage of a special offer ( she has different ones each month) however looking at the regular prices she is amazing value for an effective massage ( it’s not a smoothing on of oils, it’s a targeted treatment) especially coupled with the delightful surroundings.A really nice touch was being handed a bottle of water to drink following, I’m always told to drink plenty following a treatment and often given a glass but the bottle to take away kept me on track.Red House is in central Newport.
