My name is Morgana Mardegan, and I come here through to introduce myself. I am a conscientious and professional cleaning owner and manager supervisor with extensive experience in managing employees and customers, currently looking for new opportunities. I am specialised in training and supporting my team workers in order to supply my client needs. I’m a highly organized, efficient and committed person. I also consider myself an enthusiastic, optimistic and loyal person who has developed a mature, responsible and positive attitude towards any task or situation that is presented to me, as over the years I have been very exposed to types and functions of service in different areas, I take customer orientation very seriously and I always try to offer my best service. This commitment made me surpass my previous and current roles. I am a very friendly person who enjoys being part of a team and can also deliver individually, which is strongly committed to achieving my personal and professional goals with excellence at all times. I always see challenges as a way to learn and improve the status of things around me. In addition, I also enjoy an active lifestyle and it is very important to me spend quality time with my family.

We have been working in this cleaning business for almost 20 years, I worked in the USA for 8 years serving relatively important people and today I live and reside in England with my family for a few years where we have the privilege of having a Cleaning Company THE MAIDS CLEANING SERVICES LTD, where we cover practically the entire Wiltishire region providing cleaning services throughout the region, with highly trained professionals with a difference of excellence and confidence in our work, also having the opportunity to create jobs for some families... I also had the privilege of working for several famous people and renowned celebrities with responsibility and description , where I was able to learn a lot, and even today we still have some celebrities on our daily routes where we have the pleasure and the honor to work and serve them. I've never minded cleaning houses, I don't think it's a job less worthy than any other, at least Otherwise, I am very proud of what I do and I am very grateful to God for the places and people he has allowed me to go and see…

In October 2023, we had the opportunity to compete for a very prestigious award in London and WON the FIRST PLACE award in TOP OF MIND in the UK, as the best and most respected cleaning company in the entire Wiltshire region!!!

My biggest dream is to change the home, the environment and the lives of the people I go through, leaving a mark of excellence and a legacy!!!
