From the first phone call to the first clean, Shine on Cleans has been professional and efficient. Adam arrived on time, was polite and friendly, listened carefully to what I wanted done and asked for feedback, which he responded to, at the end of the visit. It is so convenient having the online portal to add messages, change the duration of the clean if needed or make any changes. As I have only had the first visit, I have given a reserved 4 stars but based on the experience so far, I'm sure this will soon be a 5 star review. Viv has done a fortnightly clean for the last month and its been great. Viv herself is always friendly, accommodating and professional, unfortunately having to work around me and my over-interested dog in the short term and being discreet in the process. The clean has been thorough, dealing with dog hair and working around occassional clutter and makes such a difference going into the weekend.
