While fixing our gutter issue, Ross gave a quick health check of our dormer flat roof. This was lucky as it was old and a few developing holes found. It was bad timing as just before Christmas but Ross and his team worked long and hard to ensure felt and rotten wood quickly replaced to ensure we were water tight again. And all before Christmas. We had a little critter invade our roof, so we got a few roofers over to provide price estimates for removing it and repairing any damage it had caused.
It turned out there was quite a bit of work that needed doing. Ross had a thorough look and explained clearly what needed to be done.
They scheduled us in very quickly and got started on the job. My partner and I are very happy with the work completed.
We had a few small things we weren’t sure about, and even though they had other jobs on, they still found the time to come back, take a look, fix the issues, and put our minds at ease.
Very friendly, very reasonably priced, and always available to help afterwards as well. I’ve already recommended Ross and his colleagues to others I know who need work done, and if we need anything else in the future within his field, we’ll definitely be reaching out. Five stars!
