Pam, where do I start? You came to us at our hardest, lowest point in life when our Dad was stuck in hospital on a ward with very little consideration to his dementia needs and we couldn't continue his 24 hour care. You saw our Dad for the wonderful man his was, not just another 'number in the system' and accommodated to his needs instantly. You learnt how to care for him with a few hours and even through his episodes you stood by him and reassured him, and us, that it was not him it was the dementia and that it was OK.
We cannot thank you enough for the love, care and support you showed us all as a family. We still speak fondly of Pam on a weekly basis and how she helped us, if you need care for a loved one with dementia please consider Pam, you won't regret it. Thank you Pam 🩷

Pam was fantastic with dad, we said to her it was like she was sent by the angels!
She looked after dad through the night while he was in MAU at an acute hospital. He has advanced dementia and needed 24 hour support, our family did ‘the night shift’ for a couple of days but couldn’t cover the 24 hour. My sister put a message on Bark and Pam responded and took over the same evening.
Her commitment to dad was amazing, for someone she had just met she knew how to talk to him and quickly learned his needs even though he couldn’t communicate them verbally. Dad had many episodes of delusion in which he was angry, upset and aggitated, Pam learned so quickly how to support him through these episodes and gave him great comfort at a time where he was disorientated and distressed.
I couldn’t rate Pam more highly, it’s like she became a family team member, the way she was just able to learn dads needs was incredible and her caring and kind nature and extensive experience shines through.
She was great at communicating and gave a handover in the morning when family arrived, honestly, fantastic!
Thank you Pam ❤️

Home & Domiciliary Care

Pam came to us at our most desperate time of need. When our poor dad Ian with dementia had been abandoned and we were stuck in hospital with no one to care for him. He was terrified and we were really struggling to see any light until Pam came along. Within a matter of hours his sparkle was returning and Pam had worked her magic to bring joy back to a dark time. She truly was our guardian angel and she is incredibly experienced, empathetic and gentle even in the most challenging situations. I would urge anyone considering one on one care for their loved ones to consider Pam and her team. We could not have survived without her. Thankyou Pam, and thankyou from dad who despite the dementia recalled you helping him so I know you've made a lasting difference to him.
You are incredible - if you want a genuine personable and very experienced carer go with Pam!

Pam looked after my father for approximately 18 months. She provided a consistent and professional level of care during this time . Her dedication and unwavering attention allowed him to stay in and be cared for in his own home , something that was very important to him . Thank you Pam More...

Pam cares.
My wife was still active at the time and living with me at home. Pam would be there helping to get her into bed and off to sleep. She also took her to and from day care venues. Pam was reliable. More...

Pam is a kind caring person. She is astute to the needs of the person she cares for and their families. She's friendly and attentive; she is good at spotting when someone is not their normal self and maybe off colour. She has many years of experience and really is passionate about providing good care. She looked after my Mum before she needed a nursing home , I would use again should the need arise. More...

Pam supported my parents for a couple of years. She provided care for my mum who has dementia. At that point in time mum was still living at home and Pam would help get her up, support her during the day and put her to bed.
Pam is a kind and caring person and mum felt comfortable in her care.

Pam cared for my Dad right up until his passing. He developed a close bond with her as she was such a caring person who treated him with kindness, love, dignity and respect. She went out of her way to make sure he had everything he needed and that he was comfortable and warm.
Pam made a difference to my Dad’s end of life and I highly recommend her as a carer who helped support us all right through to the end.

Pam & Alice and the team worked with me for a year from early 2024 to2025. They were looking after my late husband who had Parkinsons and was frail. They developed a wonderful rapport with him helping him to relax and have confidence in their routines and care . They treated him with love and respect at all times. They were with him when he died and I am forever grateful to them for the way in which they managed the situation with love , dignity and dedication. They were always very supportive of me too and I would happily recommend their care. More...

When my father could no longer carry out his own personal care needs, Pam and her carers were able to provide the support he needed to make him comfortable. They took time to listen to his wishes and concerns so that he was put at ease and nothing was too much trouble to make his life a little easier. My father was a very private person however from the start Pam was able to build a positive and friendly rapport with him. I found Pam to be honest and trustworthy and would not hesitate to recommend her services based on the care that she offered to my father. More...

Pam started to sit with Mum in March 2023 until August 2023…. she covered Mum’s live in carer’s 2hr break. They chatted and always laughed and joked, Mum enjoyed Pam’s visits and Caitlin’s as well.
When Mum became poorly and remained in bed, Pam and Caitlin still covered for 2 hours a day. The times when the nurses couldn’t visit Mum first thing, they would cover and help Catherine with Mum’s personal care, plus at the end of the 2hours, would always ensure Mum was comfortable and help Catherine change her position if needed…. I found Pam and Caitlin to be caring, passionate about their work and completely trustworthy. They always treated Mum with great respect and care.
