End of Tenancy Cleaning
We were quoted £130–£180, but the bill was hiked to £577.98. The owner forced a £100 deposit and full balance via bank transfer before even starting—a shady and irregular practice.
The owner was dismissive and looked down upon us. He mockingly offered to speak "slower and slower," an offensive and condescending gesture that we found culturally insensitive.
The "clean" resulted in a scratched shower unit requiring replacement and the oven tray being thrown in the trash. Despite extra fees, the bathroom, closets, and appliances remained dirty, while floors and windows were left with streaks and spider webs.
The owner skipped the promised walkthrough and rushed to leave. This is a "bait-and-switch" operation lacking basic professional respect. Do not use.
