L&W Renovations didn't disappoint nor disappear.
It's quite renowned that builders usually pick up a job and in between your own job they will disappear and pick another job.
However this was not the case!
L&W Renovation have a big enough team to have multiple projects so they will make sure they will finish your project.
I provided a floor plan to L&W Renovation and they executed the plan . Although I made many changes throughout the project they bend over backwards to assist me
They were honest and truthful on what would work and not work . Comunication, Honesty and transparency was the key throughout the renovation and I can't begin to tell you how much I appreciated it.
Deepak and his team worked tremendously quick they started the project Monday 8th September and completed it within the promised six weeks window . Although there were some hiccups from external parties in regards to missing delivery items the team worked around this.
For my first house and first ever renovation Lee made it clear that the budget may increase or other hurdles may happen this was my case however Lee's quick thinking and bringing other colleagues to solve my hurdles was a blessing in disguise.
L&W Renovation painters were great although I picked a number of colours they excuteded the project.
I have infact have recommended L&W Renovation to several of my friends as each one of them are impressed my how quickly, efficiently the team have worked .

L & W renovations did the foundations for our house extension project. Lee agreed to take on this job on short notice, which was great as we were waiting for party wall agreements and didn't know when we could start. Deepak and his team arrived on time and worked hard and efficiently. There wasn't enough material to finish on Thursday but they came Saturday morning to finish the job within a week as agreed.
