Turned up this morning without confirmation of date of working... I still allowed them to carry out the works, after all was completed I went to turn my heating on. .. It wasn't working so I called them as the guy who had installed our vents had to turn everything thing off (heating was working fine before they touched anything)... So I called them to explain the issue for them to say straight away there is nothing they can do without even checking any of it... Trying to place blame on me. When I said I have a children one is only 2 years of age and it's been snowing please help me as we can't have no heating I need to know what your guy has done.... Was told to just call my housing and that it was down to them to fix it even though it was them who caused the problem!!! Really not impressed & upset by them and not had there product for even 24hrs! Going to see if I can get it removed, especially going by all these reviews. To anyone thinking about using these... Whilst the products maybe good the customer service and work manship is appalling. We spent hours chasing them up for instillation, which was then faulty (our glass splash back shattered by installer, fan put in sideways, with half missing and above a full plug socket so it couldn’t be connected to electricity! It’s taken about 9 months with damage to our kitchen and a half finished job to get it installed with no reduction in cost in acknowledge the disruption caused and hours wasted to try to get it installed properly. I have a PIV unit that isn't working and is still within the guarantee timeframe. I've sent photos and a video and the serial numbers as they "couldn't find my details. " If I hear back, it's to tell me it's with head office. If I call head office, I'm told to speak with my local rep and the issue repeats. I'm in a constant loop on this and still no resolution. It's now mid-January 2023 and I've been trying to get a resolution since 1st August. This is absolutely unacceptable service. I'd like this issue solved but it doesn't look like it will ever happen. I've had a terrible experience with Envirovent. System is supposed to be installed in one day and took over 6 weeks to get resolved all due to your bad planning (20+ emails and loads of phone calls. Only to feel like I was being fobbed off or that you had better things to do rather than switch my system on, even when one of your engineers said he would come out on the same day when the vent was finally fitted.... The vent works - to a point. Windows are no longer dripping wet every morning but the unit wont communicate with the app, so is on full whack and making our house uncomfortably cold. Have been trying to get this sorted for weeks now, several expensive weeks of having to have our heating on full to counteract the freezing cold air blasting in 24/7!!! Customer service is DIRE. Took months to be installed only for it not to be connected as the engineer had had the testing equipment stolen from his van so rather than contact me to rearrange the appointment he did half a job and installed it anyway. Waited weeks for someone else to come and connect it and now have waited weeks for someone to fix it. '' Someone will be in touch by the end of the week'' is their default phrase and it never happens. For over £1000 (a month' s wages) i am bitterly disappointed by it all. What a difference this has made to our house! We had problems with damp walls in our daughters bedroom, black mould on the walls and really bad condensation throughout the house. Within 1 day of this unit being fitted, the improvement was amazing. One month on and we haven't had any issues in the bedroom which has had problems since we moved in 15 years ago! we had condensation the day it was fitted...... it cleared within about 3 hours! Since fitting, we've had a tiny bit of condensation on 1 window when the temperature outside dropped quickly to around -2° from approximately 8°. Every upstairs room was plagued with mould. I would spend all winter cleaning it. The windows would run with condensation, with puddles on the sills. With the Mr Venty product, there is no mould, not even in the bathroom, and even on the coldest mornings, the condensation is just a tiny amount at the bottom of some of the windows. It's more than I dared hope for and it is life changing. My partner snores less and is less stuffed up in the mornings too. It took about an hour to fit and we noticed a difference the next morning. It sounds unbelievable but it's all true. We will always fit PIV to any house that we live in. We have also bought envirovent extractors for the ensuite and ground floor toilet - to comply will building regs. More...

We had spent so much money trying to get rid of the black mould on our walls and windows and then I saw a post on Facebook about envirovent. Someone came around our home and did a survey and told us that it was the moisture in our home that was causing all the issues. We decided to go ahead with the installation and within a few days there was no condensation and we’ve had no mould since. Envirovent "Silent" 100. When is a silent extractor not so silent, when you buy a so-called Silent extractor manufactured by Envirovent. Since when was a bathroom extractor silent at 25.6dB at 3 metres? Dictionary definition of silence is "making no sound or noise, free of all sound, mute" to mention but a few. You further insult our intelligence by exaggerating your claims the product is "whisper quiet" ; silent it is not. At 4 times the price of a standard extractor fan, it disappoints. I always thought that the term "misleading" was a form of deception and lead me into the wrong direction you certainly have. If your product was as good as you claim, you would not have to make such over-exuberant, unsubstantiated claims. Perhaps you would explain to the public, quietly, how you have come to the conclusion that your extractor is "silent". Just to remind you again, the box it comes in says "Silent, whisper quiet". I am going to write on here as ringing and emailing you is pointless. I made an order with you back in November 2017, fitting was January 8th 2018. Your engineers did not finish the job as a roof vent was needed, which was planned for when I placed the order and you knew about. It is now 7th February 2018, I have sent many e mails, a lot of them were never answered, and I have telephoned you asking to speak to a manager and every time I have rang the managers are busy and I am told they would ring me back, they never do. Rang again yesterday and was told I would get a phone call and never did, again. Just rang you again as I have had an e mail saying it is going to be another 6-7 weeks!!! and I want to know what is going on. All managers are busy again, and then I was cut off.......This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had with any company. I am still no closer to find out when my order will be finished. We’ve had the system installed for little over a week now and have seen a drastic improvement our house! We suffered with high humidity levels which lead to condensation, damp and mold growth (particularly in our daughters room). We no longer have any issues, in any room of the house. The humidity levels have dropped to a healthy level - also a level that hasn’t been achieved in the 10months we have lived in the property (even with all the windows open). The work was also carried out to a high standard, leaving the house spotless. A fault occurred during installation where the unit wouldn’t connect to the remote, but this was put right the very next day.
