I've just spent about 3 days setting up sales of some domains at ATOM.com, but I won't be staying. It was too frustrating. Site's decent but here's what I ran into; Once you put a domain on there, you can "List" it elsewhere, but if you sell it, you still owe atom a commission. If you take it off, You have to notify them and you are still tied to them for 30 days for their cut if you still sell it. There are 3 levels. STANDARD tier - You can list there and elsewhere but they will get a 7.5% commission either way. Then, if you try searching for your domain using "Search Available Domains", the ONLY way someone would see YOUR domain on the site is if you use the EXACT domain name. This is basically useless. I feel I have a better shot of being found by someone typing it in in a browser and using Escrow.com for a safe sale. PLUS - If you move up to "PLUS" you get to pay 15% commission. I haven't tried it, but I'm suspecting with their double-cut now, maybe your domain will show on a wildcard search. PREMIUM - Listing with them has to be "Exclusive" and they get between 15% and 30% commission, but you are then grouped in with the TON of other listings showing on Premium. OH, and to become a "Creative", which means you can submit your domains to "Contests", you have to pay a $10.00 fee. BUT you also have to move up a level, so they push you to at least a 15% commission level. AND.... If you want to Move domains to the "PREMIUM" level, not only are the listings exclusive and commissions 15% - 30%, But you also have to buy "COINS", and it costs One Coin for each domain name you move to Premium! From an experience perspective, 5 out of 5 stars. It was amazing. Which is why I only gave 4 stars. I feel like we overpaid for the domain, the sellers came down way too fast, and I often felt like I was being sold on why we should be willing to pay the price Atom proposed and why the domain was worth it. What I didn't get from Atom was them trying to hammer the seller to get the absolute best, lowest price we could possibly attain. As my representative, I would have liked to see that behavior more readily. Atom is paid on commission, and so negotiating the price down only hurts them, so I can't fault them for this given the incentive. But I really do think we could have gotten the price down more. Custom Kitchens Factory and Alexander Campbell Interiors have been in business for nearly six years. We manufacture locally and also represent leading German Kitchens brand Beeck and Handmade Solid Bespoke British Kitchens.
Our showroom is under the signage of Alexander Campbell Interiors, but we are one and the same.
What guarantee does your work come with?
Our work comes with a one year guarantee from completion and we honour all manufacturers warranties that apply to each individual kitchen. Our clients will testify that, even though they may be 5 years on from their installation completion, if they have an issue we always attend to see what that is and to try to resolve.
What do you love most about your job?
The thrill of seeing a completed project that our client has dreamed of. Just to stand in the room and see our client smile is the most rewarding aspect of all design work.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having been in the industry for such a long time I wanted to represent the values and qualities that I was taught and I adhere to. My mission is to have happy and satisfied clients whom will gladly recommend me, my employees and my company to other prospective clients.
Why should our clients choose you?
We offer a personalised service based on what is important to our clients. We see the project through from start to finish and our clients know they are dealing directly with the person who designed their project and our team of installers. If they have any issues or questions they can speak with someone who intimately knows their project.

We are happy to deal online with our clients. Many of them are based on other countries and have properties here in Scotland and we can liaise with them via email, zoom etc.
Also, many of our clients are unable to come to us for a variety of reasons and, as such, we are happy to go to see them or provide an online service.
(it is always preferrable to see a client at the showroom as we have many more product samples to hand, however we do appreciate that this is not always possible)
