I don’t work with Compassion Care but they do provide personal and domestic care for my friends, a couple who I have known for 40+ years. I have Lasting Power of Attorney for my friends and they have asked me to give Sree and the carers a glowing review. Mrs Petto is particularly fond of Rosie who always brings in a cheerful atmosphere with her. The carers are reliable and as an infrequent visitor, I can see that the kitchen and bathroom and bedroom/lounge are looking cleaner and tidier now. Thank you for all you are doing for Mr and Mrs Petto. More...

Q&As

With many years of hands-on nursing experience, we understand that true care goes far beyond clinical tasks — it is about preserving dignity, promoting independence, and supporting individuals to live safely and comfortably within their own homes.

Throughout our journey in the healthcare sector, we have witnessed how compassionate, person-centred care can positively transform lives. This depth of experience enables us, as Company Directors, to lead our domiciliary care services with empathy, clinical insight, and a genuine understanding of each individual’s unique needs.

Nursing and supporting others gives us the privilege to make meaningful decisions that contribute to people living longer, healthier, and more fulfilling lives. It is incredibly rewarding to know that our support can help someone regain their health, independence, and dignity — whether they are recovering from complex treatments such as cancer care or overcoming everyday health challenges.

Our experience allows us to ensure that every care plan is truly person-centred, respecting individual choices, values, and preferences, so that those we support can continue to live with confidence and comfort in the place they call home.

Our inspiration to start our domiciliary care service came from many years of professional nursing experience and our in-depth understanding of the UK healthcare system.

Working across various healthcare settings enabled us to recognise the importance of delivering truly person-centred care that promotes dignity, independence, and wellbeing within the comfort of individuals’ own homes.

As Directors with clinical backgrounds, we are committed to providing personalised, compassionate domiciliary care that supports people to live safely and independently — delivering the standard of care we would want for our own loved ones.

Clients can choose us with confidence knowing that our service is delivered by trained and experienced staff who are committed to providing high-quality, person-centred domiciliary care.

We carry out detailed care assessments to ensure that every care plan is tailored to individual needs, promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing within the comfort of their own home.

Our robust and safe recruitment processes, including Enhanced DBS checks, ensure that all our staff are carefully selected to deliver safe and compassionate support.

Above all, our team is led by Directors with extensive knowledge and experience in care, ensuring professional oversight and a strong commitment to delivering personalised care that truly makes a difference.

Yes, we are able to provide care information and support online for your convenience.

We communicate with clients and families via email and utilise digital care planning systems such as Birdie Care Records to ensure care information is accessible, up to date, and securely managed.

Details about our services are also available through our website and social media platforms, allowing you to stay informed at any time.

We aim to make information easily accessible and offer out-of-hours contact to support you with any urgent queries or emergencies when needed.

The safety and wellbeing of our clients remain our highest priority. We have implemented strict Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) measures in line with UK healthcare guidelines to minimise the risk of COVID-19 transmission.

Our staff are fully trained in the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), hand hygiene, and safe care practices. Regular risk assessments are carried out to ensure safe care delivery within the home environment.

We continue to promote safe working practices, monitor staff health, and follow safe recruitment processes to protect both our clients and care team.

Additionally, we utilise digital care systems to reduce unnecessary contact and maintain clear communication with clients and families wherever possible.
