How long have you been in business?
I have worked in the care sector since 2009, starting as a care worker and progressing to roles such as supervisor, care coordinator, and area manager across different boroughs like Greenwich, Lambeth, and Bromley. In 2023, I decided to start my own domiciliary care agency.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
As a domiciliary care agency, we provide care services in clients' homes. We supply our own personal protective equipment (PPE) only.
What do you love most about your job?
I love helping people and my community, especially supporting vulnerable individuals.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always had a passion for care, stemming from my experience as a young carer for my grandmother. Having worked in the care sector since I was 18, I find immense joy in helping people. It truly makes me happy to see someone smiling, knowing that I played a role in bringing that smile to their face. This deep-rooted passion and personal experience inspired me to start my own business, where I can provide compassionate care to those in need.

As a domiciliary care agency, our services are provided in-person at clients' homes. However, we are open to discussing remote support options for consultations or check-ins as needed.

We have implemented strict infection control protocols, including the use of PPE, regular health screenings for staff, and enhanced cleaning procedures in line with public health guidelines to ensure the safety of our clients.
