We could never thank Brighter Dawn enough for all they have done for our family. We’ve had the same live in carers since last year, we needed unexpected care for our dad a few days before Christmas upon hospital discharge. And they’ve been with us ever since.

The manager is exceptional, she’s always at hand. Her diligence is certainly reflected in her staff team. They are excellent carers! friendly, professional charismatic and genuine.

Dad was so untrusting and reluctant with care and they did a transition plan and suggested the best way to his introduce carers. The manager promised matching appropriate carers and after a thorough assessment, she definitely did.

Live in 24/7 carers have been exceptional. It’s been our first holiday away in 10 years. Having that option to leave mom and receive daily updates and knowing that she's in good hands. They've been too good to us. Life changing! More...

I cannot thank Brighter Dawn enough for the exceptional care they provided my father during his cancer journey. The caregivers were not only skilled but also compassionate and respectful, always ensuring his comfort and dignity were maintained. They helped with daily routines, symptom management, and emotional support, which made a tremendous difference in his quality of life. Their continence care was discreet and respectful, allowing my father to maintain his sense of dignity throughout.

The team took the time to understand his preferences, incorporating his needs into a tailored care plan that allowed him to remain as independent as possible. The communication was also excellent – they kept our family informed every step of the way and were always available for any questions or concerns.

The peace of mind that Brighter Dawn gave us was invaluable, and we are deeply grateful for the professionalism and genuine care they provided. I would highly recommend their services to anyone in need of compassionate, high-quality cancer care.

From the moment we met the registered manager at Brighter Dawn, we knew we were in safe hands. She’s got a wealth of experience, and it really shows. Even before the care needs assessment, we felt confident that we’d made the right choice. Niki, in particular, is an absolute credit to the team. She’s so professional and genuinely cares about what she does. It’s clear that the high standards she sets are followed by all the carers. More...

Amazing set of carers who visit my great aunt regularly. Supporting with incontinence and dementia.

They have got to know the family and we receive regular updates and ongoing support.

We recently travelled and was able to increase the support hours - great flexibility.

Manager visits regularly to ensure all our needs are being met.

Absolutely no complaints. Thank you to our carers Tilly and Sharon.

I can’t express how grateful we are for the exceptional care my mother has received from Brighter Dawn. Under the management of Nikita, the entire team has provided such compassionate and professional support during my mother’s cancer treatment.

Nikita has been outstanding from the very beginning, taking the time to understand my mother’s specific needs and ensuring that she was matched with carers who were both skilled and empathetic. The attention to detail and personal touches have made all the difference in her comfort and well-being.

The carers not only assisted with daily tasks but went above and beyond to provide emotional support, which has been invaluable to my mother and our entire family during this challenging time. The level of communication and transparency from Nikita and her team has given us complete confidence in the care being provided.

I highly recommend Brighter Dawn for anyone seeking compassionate, reliable, and tailored care. Nikita and her team truly understand the importance of person-centered care, and we feel fortunate to have found them.

We asked for a carer of our nationality to be matched with us to provide my mother with care she needed. She has had stroke, in a wheelchair and needs overnight care. The manager said that they will be able to explore this for us. She came out and met us, she listened to exactly what we needed and got in touch with us a few days later having found us a experienced Polish carer, Katarzyna has been amazing. She spent 2 weeks with us now and mom is being looked after More...

My mom has advanced dementia and diabetes, she has two female live-in carers from Brighter Dawn who are incredible.
The two carers alternate every two weeks which offers continuity of care, which provides mom with all the senstivitly she needs.

Meal preparation is great, a range of different foods are cooked daily. She actually tried Greek cuisine for the first time last week!, household duties are always seen to, medication administration and what is the most important to us is that her personal care is performed sensitively.

Nikita the manager comes out to do regular spot checks and maintains contact with our family making sure everything is ok.

So far, we’re over the moon. Thank you to the two carers Mesh and Miriam.

After my mother’s fall and a 9-week hospital stay, she was placed on end-of-life care and returned home. Brighter Dawn provided two carers who visited four times a day to assist with her personal care. This hasn’t been easy, as my mother’s aggression and resistance made every visit challenging, not just for the carers but for our family as well. It’s been an incredibly stressful time, but I can’t praise Brighter Dawn enough—they’ve handled everything with professionalism and grace. The carers have shown incredible patience, understanding, and kindness toward my mother. They were always punctual, polite, and gradually became familiar with our family dynamic. Having carers in your home is a significant decision, and I couldn’t have asked for better support. Carers truly deserve more recognition—they’ve been heroes in our home. Thank you, Brighter Dawn. Registered Manager Nikita completed a care assessment today for our mom, who remains in the hospital after a C1 fractured vertebrae and has dementia. Not only was she competent but kind and truly genuine. The plan was so focused on what we as a family wanted and how best to support mom. She has offered us the best reassurance and we know that mom will be in safe hands. We look forward to welcoming our new live-in carers! More...

Q&As

We asked the Senior Care Assistant Anne what she loved most about her job: what I love most about my job is the opportunity to make a real difference in people’s lives. Seeing the positive impact of our care on clients and their families is incredibly rewarding. Whether it’s the smile of a client who feels more comfortable and supported or the relief of a family member knowing their loved one is in good hands, those moments are truly fulfilling.

I also cherish the relationships we build with our clients. Each person has a unique story and needs, and being able to provide personalised care and companionship is something I find deeply gratifying. Every day presents new challenges and learning opportunities, which keeps the job both dynamic and meaningful. It’s the combination of making a positive impact, building genuine connections, and the continuous growth that makes this work so special.

From the Director: starting my own care business was inspired by a deep-seated commitment to making a meaningful difference in people’s lives. After witnessing the challenges faced by loved ones and friends who required care, I recognised a gap in the quality and personalized support that was available.

I wanted to create a care service that truly prioritises the individual needs of each person, offering not just assistance, but compassion and respect. The goal was to build a team that would not only provide professional care but also foster genuine connections and improve the quality of life for those we support.

The inspiration came from the desire to combine my passion for helping others with a vision of high standards in care, ensuring that every client feels valued, understood, and well-supported in the comfort of their own home.

Well this is an easy answer - we offer care that cares.
Our team of skilled and empathetic caregivers are committed to delivering high-quality care, respecting the individual preferences and routines of those we support. At Brighter Dawn, we strive to make a positive difference in the lives of our clients by providing reliable, flexible, and attentive care that enhances their quality of life.
