I started noticing weight gain when I turned 40. After turning 50 and menopause set in, weight gain got worse. I thought that as long as I was working out, I could eat what I want but that was not working. I started working with Victor in Sept. 2018 for 12 weeks and so far I’ve lost 11 lbs. Doing this has been one of the best decisions in my life. The best thing about working with Victor is it’s not a diet, but a lifestyle change on how to eat in a healthy way while still eating the foods you love. He helps me develop a meal plan with foods I love to eat and I don’t feel hungry. I enjoy cooking at home more and don’t feel the urge to eat out. When I do eat out, Victor is available to help me with what is the best thing to order on the menu so I can stick to my plan. My energy level has increased and I’ve been able to fit into clothes that I haven’t been able to wear in years! For the first time since college, I’m looking forward to buying a new bikini and feeling confident again about my body. Edge Fitness is a great place to workout. Amanda is very knowledgeable and able to provide modifications needed due to injuries. The atmosphere is upbeat and positive and members support each other in reaching their goals. No two workouts are the same and always push you. You'll leave tired and sweaty and feeling great about what you just did!
