How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

So I have learned to listen to my clients when they come in for consultation, that is the most important piece to helping them achieve their fitness goals. There may be things they say that they do not find important but are key to a trainer to help put together the appropriate workout and nutritional plan possible.

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

There is no secret, It's hard work and stay consistant with your nutrition and working out 3 or 4x a week. But if you don't give up I promise you will achieve those goals

What do you love most about your job?

I Love watching my clients step on that scale for the first time and seeing the defeat on their face only to see themn get back on that scale in weeks to come and see the joy and excitement on that same face as they did what they thought they couldn't do.You have to believe in yourself and sometimes it take me as the trainer to help them see that. If you fail I fail. Me and my clients do this together, we cry together we get excited together and we celebrate together. what better job is there?

What inspired you to start your own business?

well this is not my business however I have worked for Lancerlot for 16 years now. And what inspired me to do what I do now is my family. I could go all day on this question but short and sweet the answer is FAMILY

Why should our clients choose you?

I think the client needs to search out and talk with various trainers before making a choice of who they use. Experience is key and having Knowledge on what they do is so very important. It's up to the client to ask all the important questions when reviewing trainers and making a decision.
