Coach Bri has helped me in so many ways! I wish I had found her years ago! She's helped me lose weight and build muscle. She has also helped me gain confidence physically and mentally. I have tried every diet known to man and had short term success with a few, just to slip back into old habits and lose all progress. Q&As

Before a program is created, client's will need to complete a consultation and health/fitness assessment. This goes over the client's fitness/health history, current fitness status, and where they want to be in regards to their fitness and health. It helps me get to know the client in a way that aides in creating the best suited program for them to be able to succeed. The programs are as unique as each individual I work with and there is no cookie cutter, one size fits all when it comes to helping someone obtain their goals.

After the initial consultation and health/fitness assessments are done I will begin creating the client's program. The program will be focused on what the client wants to improve on whether it be weight loss, strength gain, or general health/wellbeing with a realistic, science-based approach. Each program is four weeks long and will include however many workouts the client requests. Once the program is complete it will be made live in the client's training app for review. Once the client approves and/or any necessary changes are made its time to get to work.

Depending on which tier of training the client prefers, I will check in either daily, weekly, or at the end of each four weeks. After the first initial week and forth week a feedback form will be sent to the client to ensure adherence to the program and to ensure all steps are being taken to ensure success as we work together.

Within the training app there is a messenger to allow all clients to reach out at any time with questions and/or concerns regarding their journey.

After every four weeks it is time to check-in to discuss the past four weeks and celebrate progress. It is also time to talk over the next phase of training and determine what worked for the client and what did not. Again, these programs are personalized to each individual and are customized specifically for you and your goals.



I believe the key to attaining any goal, whether it is a fitness goal or not, is to stay consistent and disciplined within the process.

I love seeing the fire that ignites as a client sees progress and changes within their health/fitness journey. My own personal evolution and know deep down I was meant to help others is why I came and personal trainer and life coach.

The creation of something out of nothing but an idea is something I am proud of. My dad has been running his own business for almost 40 years and he inspires me the most.

I put all of my energy into seeing you receive the tools you need to succeed. I care about each of my clients and want them to not only obtain their goals but to surpass them.

All of my services are online based. Each program and nutrition plan is app based for ease of access for every client. The app showcased the programs, offers 1-1 messaging, and included fitness and habit trackers.

After the completion of every workout I receive an update to inform me of workout completion as well as all information the client inputs. This keeps me in the loop every day on how my client's are doing. It offers accountability and enables me to be with each client every step of the way.

All of my coaching and training is done remotely and online.
