The secret to getting the body of your dreams is consistency. As long as the client can get up everyday willing and wanting to try and push; we can ensure none of your energy is going in vain. We will provide the professional structure so that you knock your goals out one by one.

What do you love most about your job?

I love being able to help my clients reach their goals. As someone that has been in the client's shoes before, I understand the struggle personally. I understand what it feels like to know you can do something but still not see the results. Now as a certified trainer, I know what those barriers are that prevented my clients from reaching their goals before. Being able to work as a team and help them reach their full potential is the most amazing feeling ever!

What inspired you to start your own business?

I was inspired to start my own business when I realized just how many more clients I could impact on a personal level. In the past I worked with those with "the loudest voice." But for every one person with the courage to ask for help, there are hundreds of others that just aren't there yet. I was one of them myself. So being able to create a business that in many ways are based around the comfort level of the client is amazing.

They should choose us because we are going to do all we can to make sure they reach their goals! We understand our clients more than anyone because we have been in their shoes. We will create programs based on THEIR needs and abilities. We will also work virtually side by side, outside of the exercise sessions as well to assist with any dietary needs they have.

Yes, our services are virtual one-on-one (online/remote). We will have Skype meetings based on the availability of the client. The client will also have anytime access to their trainer via the dedicated app 2 way messaging system.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

We have implemented exclusive online/remote products. We are also offering programs built around what the client has access to i.e. bodyweight, park, treadmill, or full gym access.
