Great atmosphere and great coaches! It’s rare to find a CrossFit gym that has fans. I recommend coming on a Saturday and trying it out for free!

There is absolutely no other gym I would rather be apart of. The coaches will tailor the workouts for any level of fitness you are starting from and the mental rewards far exceed the physical ones in my personal opinion. This box is definitely filled with heart and hustle, not only from the coaches but from the other members as well. So glad to be a part of this group of amazing people! HXH is the epitome of what crossfit is all about! More...
