About

After a brief hiatus to take stock and do some soul searching, I’M BACK! After my previous gym shut down I knew I had to continue down the personal training path. There’s no question that it’s my calling right now, and that the people I’ve been working with have been seeing amazing results.

Philip goes above and beyond with his training. My girlfriend and I came in with little to no martial arts experience. We were also lacking a lot of stamina. We've been training consistently with him 4-5 times a week for a month now, and the improvement is incredible. Although there is still a ton of technique work that we need to refine, we both feel we have a well-rounded understanding of how to defend ourselves. Additionally, our strength has gone up and we feel far more mobile / explosive. I would recommend Philip to anyone, no matter their goals in the gym. More...

Services

I offer 2 varieties of martial arts training. One is more of a fundamental fitness version that is solely for cardio purposes mixed with resistance training to get more tone and learn basic self defense. I also do competitive training to get ready for competition as well!

A diverse style of training to increase speed and strength, can be applicable for bulking up and also toning up!
