Awesome school and Sensei Brian not only teaches his amazing knowledge and skills to all who join his family, young and old, but he's also a great inspiration and an incredible role model to all, especially the children fortunate enough to spend time in his class. It molds us all to become better people through his wisdom and that is just as important as the skills being developed. He's a life changer for many, in such a positive way! I'm not much on writing reviews but Master Brian will be the exception. He decided a long time ago that he wanted to heal people (no, not the medical stuff but my blood work and BP did get normal after going to his classes. ...lol). Not only is Master Brian incredible at living and teaching the art of Karate, but he instills this passion on to his students, young and old. It's obvious that he truly cares about his "family". Freestyle Martial Arts is by far the Best Martial Arts school in our area! Master Brian Morágne is not only a Fantastic instructor but has also become a mentor for both of my boys that started their Martial Arts journey 4 1/2 years ago and are now 14 & 11 years old. Master Brian goes above and beyond to guide and bring out the best of his students not only in the physical/technical aspect of Martial Arts but really teaches them how to be balanced in every aspect of their lives. Freestyle is the perfect balance of fun and learning. My boys and my husband who also joined class love the environment where they learn, work out and have fun! The school is family oriented and we all enjoy coming in to sit down and watch our kids do amazing things during class . I highly recommend this school to everyone! Trust me- you will love it. What an amazing birthday party we just had for my son. I can’t say enough nice things about Master Brian and his staff. Great Academy with qualified staff. The students were very friendly and inviting making my sons first day of class a success! We found it to be a relaxed yet vey disciplined environment. The Academy is just the right size and located in a great location with plenty of parking. Ryans first day consisted of proper stretching, Karate fundamentals, stances and movements. He was even able learn about (and use) the Bow Staff. What really stuck out, besides the professional instruction itself, was the amount (and type) of questions the students were asked during class. It was an open forum where students are encouraged offer their personal thoughts and opinions on the subject their learning about. Students can be themselves amongst the group knowing that ALL answers are accepted. It really gets them ‘out of their shell’, increasing their self-confidence and overall class participation. Master Brian and Staff also focus on the students social skills, basic mannerism and proper etiquette. When mom asked Ryan how his first day of Karate was, he replied “I loved it!” We’re looking forward to the journey, training and life lessons that Master Brian and staff have to offer.
