Why hire a fitness professional?

A certified trainer provides a level of personalization that a group class cannot. By focusing on your specific goals—whether that's recovering from an injury or training for a local event—you'll see faster, safer results.

Choosing a qualified Salem trainer

Safety and expertise should be your top priorities. Ensure your coach holds a credential from a recognized body such as NASM, ACE, or ACSM. If you are looking for high-performance athletic training, look for an NSCA-certified specialist (CSCS).

Budget-friendly fitness tips

One of the best ways to lower your bill is the hybrid approach. Use a personal trainer for a weekly check-in to perfect your technique, then apply what you've learned in your own solo workouts at the gym or at home.

Fitnix Strength

I am an in-home personal trainer. I bring my equipment to my client’s home. For clients that like working out in a gym, I also write programs and do virtual training sessions. I offer virtual group exercise classes as well. Fitness has been my passion since I was fifteen and there’s nothing that brings me more joy than helping someone fall in love with fitness! I’ve been training for three years and recently started my own business.

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

I create personalized exercise programs that target their individual goals and needs. I speak with my clients about diet often as diet plays a large role in weight loss, muscle growth, athletic performance, and recovery.

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

Consistency, hard work, and the willingness to change when something isn’t working. One of the biggest mistakes clients make is continuing to exercise or diet in a way that has not produced results in the hopes that one day it will.

What do you love most about your job?

My clients!!! They are why I do what I do! Helping my clients fall in love with fitness and make it part of their routine is what I live for! I’m at my happiest when I’m training or teaching a class. Your success and happiness throughout our time together are my top priority.

What inspired you to start your own business?

Before COVID I worked at a gym and once gyms started to reopen I saw that a lot of people were either still not comfortable coming back to the gym or they found that they enjoyed working out at home. I wanted to provide the best home workouts possible for my clients, whether that is virtually or in-person in their homes. There is no reason why working out at home has to mean sacrificing your fitness level!

Why should our clients choose you?

I care deeply about each of my clients, you are not just a number and a paycheck! I keep my client base small so that I can provide as much attention to each client as I can. Even clients that only do exercise programming with me hear from me at least once a week. I am always available for help or questions!

Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.

Absolutely! I offer online group exercise classes as well as virtual personal training sessions. I am currently set up to use Zoom and Facetime but I am able to use another platform if needed.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

Masks are worn during in-person sessions and equipment is fully cleaned between sessions. I have open and honest communication with all my clients about any occurrence of symptoms. Not comfortable with in-person? That’s completely fine! That’s why I offer virtual options!
