Q&As

Initial consult call where we discuss prior history or actions they have tried

The secret is to master a lot of the basic concepts a lot of people tend to over look. Most people are looking for the “magic” pill to transform their body when in reality, it’s understanding the basics of nutrition, movement and recovery and compounding them over years for the rest of their life.

I love being able to continue to learn from other great coach’s (in person, online) as it helps me reach my own goals; in turn allows me to continue to learn deeper and share that knowledge and be able to scale it up or down for other clients. Seeing the success years down the line is where it really becomes rewarding as those clients now can share the same knowledge!

I have been a coach for almost 8 years now, and looking back at it, playing sports at a young age has really driven me to continue to reach my highest ability. I have had a few coach’s that have not been ideal for my own athletic up bringing as a kid and as I get older I see how important that influence can be for anyone trying to become the best version of themselves.

I still take pride on being a practitioner as that will always allow me to continue to grow. I think some trainers get to a point where they stop pushing themselves and in turn that leaves no more room for growth. This field is all about continuing to grow and learning how to adapt when life throws its difficulties at you. Learning the skill set of how to apply health in wellness is what I take pride in coaching to clients. As at one point they will have the confidence to try/maintain things on their own.

Yes these services can be provided online. As long as we are able to have clear communication through phone/laptop, it shouldn’t be an issue. The goal is explain whatever concepts and understandings of fitness that meets the clients goals/needs and so as long as they have the right training tools to train remotely!
