ive been training at this gym sense august of 2014, ive had training of 3 years before i came here. im glad i made the switch from my previous gym to this one because the coaches are always the same and the training partners are in it to better them selves and everyone else. if you wanna fight then this is the place to be, what better way to learn how to fight then to train under a intense BBJ competitor and MMA fighter? either way you get your moneys worth and you get what you give so come here and train hard and youll be a monster of these matts like everyone else, this is my second home and all these guys and girls here are family

IF I HAD LOOKED AROUND THE GYM I WOULD HAVE REALIZED THAT HE WAS NOT. I cannot say enough great things about my experience with the Challenge that I did at Ranfone Training Systems. I am a full-time working Mom of three, and getting time to myself is very limited and hard to come by. The whole journey was more than worth my time and effort.
