Athlete Training: Intricately developed in-person training programs that cover strength training, speed development, agility, and explosiveness. All monthly programs are designed to maximize physical preparation for sport.
Adult Fitness Training: Monthly in-person membership classes cover high intensity interval training (HIIT), strength and functional fitness to deliver the most efficient and effective training that caters to your goals and needs. Through a system of strength and HIIT focused training sessions, individuals will progress to increase strength, tone, and endurance. All classes will incorporate functional mobility, stability, core and flexibility training. This training will push you physically and mentally. We will have fun, but also never get comfortable. We push ourselves to be better everyday! To train is to establish goals and actively pursue them through careful planning and execution.
Personal/Private Training: Private sessions will be customized to your specific needs as an athlete or someone looking to maximize their fitness in a private setting. Private specialty training is in-person and 1:1.
