Great schedule, laid back classes, and technical drilling and training. 10P is radically open minded and the students are better as a result. But really, it's just a bunch of cool people who are happy to train and hang out. They even give you a red lightsaber when you sign up. You know, because you're with the dark side now. . .
I joined Club Pilates in November 2017 and am completely enjoying my experience. Never have I so looked forward to working out. The classes offered here are appropriately challenging and based on your needs. Megan, the lead instructor at this location, guides you and modifies your alignment as needed. Her classes are fun and challenging. Megan also educates as she instructs, getting you in-tune with your body as you work toward your goals. The studio is sparkling clean and the front-end staff are friendly, helpful, and down-to-earth. After nearly three months of taking 2-3 classes per week, I am stronger, my clothes are looser, and I have way more energy. I used to ride my mountain bike in the Santa Monica Mountains, and the cardio sculpt workout burns nearly as many calories as riding uphill in the dirt for the same length of time! The studio offers a free 30-minute introductory session, so if you're considering pilates, this is a great way to see if it's for you. That being said, pilates really is for everybody; there are members from all walks of life here, and no one is pretentious. I am so glad they opened up here in Ventura. It's a game-changer.
