Austin is fantastic! He motivates me, knowledgeable about fitness and safe exercise, fun and funny! I look forward to my workouts every week with Austin, which is a new feeling for me with exercise.

It’s the hardest challenge in my opinion, and one of the most important factors in taking the individual to the next level of success. Essentially every clients goal, pertains to a healthy diet. Competition, weight loss, weight gain, toning, bulking, are all effected by the diet. If you can control, implement, and have success with your diet, you will be able to guide yourself to your goals with ease. If you fail to implement a healthy diet into your life, not only will your goals be harder to obtain, but essentially everything from mental clarity to the way you feel will be effected in some way or form, both minor and major, depending upon what you put in your body. Keep your temple sacred, and only allow the best of the best to enter (In this case your temple is your body, and the best of the best are the foods you put into your body)

By specifically modifying each individuals training program to best fit their preferences, goals, and schedule. Being there through text, call, in person as much as possible, and always on a daily basis unless discussed in advance.

There are a number of exercises I implement over time, a number of diet recommendations to follow over time and daily communication either in person or via phon le to help you navigate your way to success

There’s not one specific answer, because there are so many ways to get there! If there’s a will there is always a way

Mobile gym for outdoor training, and multiple facilities to train out of in Santa Bárbara. I think I offer a great personality and space for those who really want to change their life for the better

I’m open to training online in the future but for now it’s mainly outdoor location, “in-home” services, and training facilities in the surrounding areas of Santa Barbara

Wearing masks as much as possible, training outdoors as much as possible, sanitizing equipment after each use, and providing helpful information to keep clients up to date on the latest innovations and o stay on top of their health.
