I have been training with Diana for over 3 months and it has been an incredible experience, I can’t recommend it enough. You can tell Diana loves what she does and truly wants to help people by the energy she brings to each class and the effort she puts into creating her workouts. You will not do the same workout days in a row, each workout is different, and Diana has a way of making the class fun yet challenging. What makes training with Diana so different is her focus on the mind body connection and how she incorporates that into her sessions. Training with Diana, you’re not only working on your physical self but your mental self as well, the thoughts we have and how we talk to ourselves. Like I said, I can’t recommend Diana enough and can go on and on about how great she is. I’ve noticed a positive change in me and I don’t see myself stopping anytime soon. More...

Diana is an amazing personal trainer and fitness coach. She uses effective workouts and challenges you to believe in yourself while exercising. All her fitness routines are intense and fun. In the short time that I worked with Diana, I definitely noticed my body toning up and having more strength, flexibility and balance all around. Diana pushed me during my workouts like no one has pushed me before, including myself. It was inspiring to see my own perspective of my physical limits change, and it was all thanks to Diana. I have been working out with Diana for a little over year. I started going to her gym during the heavy pandemic period and figured I would change to a large chain gym when the situation loosened up a bit. However, Diana’s gym is like no other I’ve been to. Diana has an incredible energetic, supportive, and friendly environment, that challenges and entices everyone in the class to give their best. I’ve learned so much during my workout and I can see the change myself and in everyone else in the class. It awesome to see so many ladies pushing and elevating each other, celebrating each other’s accomplishments and genuinely being happy for each other. It’s really hard to give up. After nearly 2 years of not working out, I decided it was time to get back into shape. Diana’s class was perfect for me, and she is an amazing instructor. She is very helpful and is always open to helping with modifications as needed. She is very motivating, encouraging and high energy. Diana has an amazing and caring personality. Her workouts are beyond amazing and you will feel the burn and soreness for a few days. She pushes you and motivates you every step of the way. She shows you exactly what the workouts consists of and she takes the time to teach you making sure you are doing the movements correctly. Im embarrassed to say I had been inconsistent going to the gym all my life because all I did was cardio. Weights had always been intimidating. I joined Diana’s group of girls. I’m very glad I did. I was introduced to proper weight lifting and I love it. After months of working out, I’m very sorry our schedules didn’t meet but I have joined the gym again. I started my business during COVID when all gyms close down. Fitness has helped me so much with my mental and physical health. I have gained so much confidence, have learned to love myself by taking good care of my body and mind and I wanted to be able to share that with other women.

The only place I do business right now is at my house located in Chula Vista.
