We got to that goal in no time and from there he has helped me improve myself way more then I thought I would be able to by this point. Not only does he help train your body but he builds your knowledge on the gym and individual muscle groups. He is also a great nutritionist and provides you a list with the proper meals and calories etc you’re supposed to be having. This all comes with the plan he has for you to get you to the best version of yourself. Arias is also not only a great trainer but is a great friend and even on days you don’t feel like going to the gym he makes the time go by super quick when talking with him. Overall it has been a really great experience and im glad to have Arias as my trainer.
