Dax, is an excellent trainer. He is a person that really loves what he does. He has extensive knowledge of body mechanics. He is able to find your weak points and give you the correct exercises without putting your at risk of getting hurt. He is very attentive to your needs.

First and foremost, an assessment and evaluation are performed in person or online.
After a careful evaluation, a program is designed that includes meal planning and time management (if needed), to ensure the successful completion of the fitness program.
All aspects of fitness and health are considered in order to achieve fitness goals.
Special attention is put on technique and proper form to prevent injury and the development of bad habits.

Yes, I can provide my services remotely. Through weekly zoom sessions and training programs designed specifically for my clients, I can provide exceptional service. In our sessions, specific instructions will be given with demonstrations on how to perform exercises and also evaluate how the client performs such exercises to prevent incorrect form and technique

I am vaccinated and our facility follows all Covid 19 guidelines to prevent infection and the spread of the disease.
