I specialize in muscle building, firming/toning, weight loss, as well as corrective exercise. Our sessions will be held in a private facility where there are no members or memberships. This gym is dedicated to us trainers helping our clients reach their fitness goals.

I been wanted it be healthy and strong and mentality positively also grow my muscle and i did and i still get trained with him more than a year . He even plan a meal really details to fit our own body. Strongly recommend arias to be as a you guys trainer!!! Wont regret it for sure. More...

Many words to say… Arias is an amazing trainer and has truly pushed me to my limit in the gym (legs😪) Coming into the gym to build muscle and have a weight goal. We got to that goal in no time and from there he has helped me improve myself way more then I thought I would be able to by this point. Not only does he help train your body but he builds your knowledge on the gym and individual muscle groups. He is also a great nutritionist and provides you a list with the proper meals and calories etc you’re supposed to be having. This all comes with the plan he has for you to get you to the best version of yourself. Arias is also not only a great trainer but is a great friend and even on days you don’t feel like going to the gym he makes the time go by super quick when talking with him. I’ve been working with Arias for over a year & he is a fantastic trainer! I have definitely seen results working with him! He is professional, knowledgeable, patient & understanding on what your needs are! Since training with Arias I have confidence on working out on my own when it comes to doing free weights & using the weight machines!

Arias is an amazing trainer! He is dedicated to his clients and wants the best for each of them. I came in with the goal of just "being healthy" and incorporating more movement in my daily routine. He took my initial goals and made me see the benefits to really understanding what it means to be have a healthy lifestyle. He is a caring coach that doesn't need to yell, put their clients down, or judge them to get results. He's supportive and always listens to his clients. Ive had many jobs, ten to be exact and the gym is the only place I loved going to everyday for the past twelve years. Like many, I started my fitness journey for physical reasons; wanting to look better and feel more confident in myself. Later on realizing it would shift to more of a space I can challenge myself mentally and break limits I had unknowingly set on myself. The hard working mindset I acquired in the gym would later be the same mindset I used to pursue the goals I wanted to achieve in life. This is more than just looking good. Something as simple as getting through a tough workout builds you as a person and reflects your work ethic. I want to show others that whatever you want in life you have to first fix whats within. Change your way of thinking and how you approach obstacles. The effort you apply in the gym can be applied to the outside world. Lets work towards longevity and change your lifestyle for the better!

Services

As a fitness coach I specialize in strength training, muscle building, fat loss and overall wellness. I offer 1 on 1 training and group training which both include meal plans customized to each individual. We will meet for one hour for however many days a week that best suits you to help you reach your fitness goals.

Online training can be beneficial if you’re just starting your fitness journey or even those who are more advanced but need minor adjustments. With online training I will design your workouts, cardio plan and meal plan every 2-4 weeks. This will include bi-weekly check ins and unlimited call/texts or FaceTime contact to make sure we’re both constituently updated with your results and routine.

This is only for a 1 on 1 single session for one hour. Perfect for clients who are just looking to get in a great workout here and there while taking home some notable tips for your workouts at your own gym.
