I'm a seasoned ethicist, Life and Relationship coach and author with four decades of successful experience and specialize in life and relationship transitions. I do not take private insurance. My book, A Simple Path to The Good Life, was published in 2004. In 2022, I was chosen as a top 20 Coach of the Year by the Coach Foundation.
At BluSea Wellness, we are dedicated to supporting individuals in achieving their personal wellness goals. Our coaching is centered on you—your needs, your pace, and your unique path. We provide a safe, non-judgmental space to be heard, reflect, and grow, so you can cultivate lasting change in every season of your life. I completed my training at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and am board certified through the National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching (NBHWC) as an active accountability wellness coach.
What I like most about this work is witnessing real, human change—often in small, meaningful moments. I love seeing clients shift from feeling overwhelmed or stuck to feeling clearer, calmer, and more confident in their own choices. Being able to listen deeply, ask thoughtful questions, and help someone reconnect with what truly matters to them is incredibly rewarding. Every session is a reminder that with the right support, people are capable of profound growth—and it’s a privilege to walk alongside them as they create a healthier, more intentional life.
I was inspired to start my own business because I wanted a life that felt both meaningful and truly my own. As I begin living on a boat and exploring the world, it was important to create work that I can do from anywhere—while still making a real difference in people’s lives.
I’ve been passionate about health and the mind–body connection for as long as I can remember. When I was younger, I dreamed of becoming a neuropsychologist. While my path led me into hospitality instead—working my way up from cook to director of food and beverage over fifteen years—I eventually realized that what I loved most wasn’t just the food, but caring for people, creating comfort, and supporting their well-being.
Starting BluSea Wellness is my way of bringing all of that together: my long-standing interest in health, my desire to support others in a meaningful way, and my choice to live a more intentional, adventurous life. The more people I can help feel healthier, more balanced, and more themselves, the better I believe the world becomes.
Clients should choose me because I offer a calm, compassionate space where they can be fully heard and genuinely supported—without judgment or pressure. At BluSea Wellness, I combine evidence-based training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition with board certification through the NBHWC to provide structured, professional coaching that’s still deeply human and personal.
My approach is highly individualized: I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all wellness. Together, we clarify what truly matters to you, turn that into realistic action steps, and build accountability that feels encouraging rather than harsh. Whether you’re navigating burnout, prediabetes risk, or simply wanting to feel more like yourself again, I help you create sustainable changes that honor your whole life—not just a number on a scale or a box on a checklist.
Most importantly, my clients don’t just receive a plan; they receive a partner in their growth—someone who walks alongside them, celebrates their wins, and supports them through the harder moments so change actually lasts.
Yes, it is all done remote unless you are in the Portland metro area of Oregon
Making it remote was the best choice. It helps that we both don't have to use up our resources (gas, car, masks). This also helps with scheduling as well.
