What do you love most about your job?
I love putting simple tools in my clients hands that supercharge their results. I love helping clients understand that their emotions aren't the enemy but can actually help us, when integrated with mind and body (and I have the tools to do that too) to get what they want, faster and easier.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having my own business allows me the freedom to tailor and enhance a client's experience in a way that makes the work more effective and more enjoyable.
Why should our clients choose you?
With over 20 years experience, I have learned that rapid, lasting change comes only from "working out the kinks" inside so that the actions taken are truly effective and lead to the desired results. I know how to tailor a client's experience using proven tools that are then perfectly matched to a client's current skills, experience, beliefs and preferences. No "one size fits all" here.Â
Coaching
1-on-1 VIP Coaching programs that are designed to quickly attain goals, work out any resistance and/or old beliefs or patterns, anchor changes so they stick, and provide a road map to use again and again.
Facilitation
I work with groups who have a central goal or solution they are wanting to clarify and create a plan to accomplish. I am a certified mediator (Oregon) and Master Level Intuitive Coach: so I bring those skills to the table as well. I am versed in Non-Violent Communication and a number of forms of creative problem solving methods.
