There are many aspects of Human Resources that I love, but the one thing really missing for me was the ability to truly work with people on a deeper, intimate and personal level. I always knew I would get into some sort of career where I would be in service to others. My degree is in Human Development and planned to go on to become a counselor (life took me on a different path). Human Resources was a way that I could tap into some of my true purpose in helping others to grow, develop, learn, evolve - but it wasn't enough - so I sought to become a Life Coach where I could incorporate all the elements of my life (personal journey, my degree, my professional experience, and my purpose) to serving individuals in the highest capacity. Intentional Transformation Coaching was born through and by my journey.
As a coach, my goal is not to give you advice or tell you what you should do. My sole purpose is to hold space for you, in an intentional way, that allows you to explore and tap into your greatest strength (yourself) to overcome whatever obstacle, goal, or situation you find yourself in. During our time together, I provide a non-judgmental space in which open ended questions are used to raise awareness, as well as provide valuable resources and tools to continue your journey.
All coaching sessions are primarily done either telephone or via video - whatever is most comfortable for the client. In person sessions can be arranged, if desired.
